We're looking for someone who is able to sign a 1yr lease, rent is $1250/mo. This property is an up/down duplex, carpeted and wood/laminate flooring, great big windows which offer fantastic lighting. Off street parking and a big backyard. NO PETS. I am very interested in finding responsible, polite, clean tenants so if you do not fit the description feel free to not apply.
