No smoking of any kind is allowed in any part of the building, including individual units and common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities, including electricity, gas, and water, for their individual units. Failure to pay utility bills on time may result in additional fees or even eviction. Recycling and trash services are provided by the building management and are located in the Northwest corner of the parking lot. Tenants are responsible for properly disposing of their waste and recycling in the designated areas. Dogs under 35 pounds are allowed in the building, but owners must pay an additional pet rental fee. Tenants must also comply with any pet rules and regulations set forth by the building management. Tenants are responsible for keeping their individual units and common areas clean and tidy. Any damage caused by tenants or their guests may result in repair fees. Noise must be kept to a minimum during designated quiet hours, which may vary depending on the building's rules and regulations. Tenants must comply with all local and state laws, as well as any rules and regulations set forth by the building management. Failure to do so may result in eviction.
