Rent includes basic utilities, trash/recycle pick-up, and basic wireless internet. Parking on street only. Front door is locked at all times. Smoking allowed outdoors only, no pets allowed without property management consent. If allowed a separate pet deposit will be negotiated depending on duration of stay. No large appliances (this includes electric heaters) may be installed without prior permission of the owner. Absolutely NO illegal activities, home business (other than online) or disruptions to the peace and quiet of the house or its tenants will be tolerated.
