This beautiful True Victorian house (built 1898) is quiet and peaceful, just the way the owner and tenants love it. As long term owners of this historic house, we are proud to have preserved as many of the original details as possible, while adding modern touches where appropriate. The Gallery apartment is the entire third floor, and is fully furnished, beautifully and comfortably, for one person. It is completely private, and the front (entry) door is locked at all times. Rent includes utilities, trash/recycle pick-up, and basic wireless internet. Parking is on street. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. A pet may be accepted with prior approval and a one-time damage deposit which may be refunded after check-out. No large appliances may be installed without prior permission of the owner. Absolutely NO illegal activities, home business (other than online) or disruptions to the peace and quiet of the house or its tenants will be tolerated. We rent month to month, with a full month equivalent (refundable if appropriate) held as deposit, and 30 days' notice given.
