The home is conveniently located with easy access to major roads connecting Caldwell to Boise and the Treasure Valley, approximately 10 minutes to downtown Caldwell and 35 minutes to Boise. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please do not move furniture during your stay, as a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout if furniture has been moved. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to Airbnb. Exterior security cameras are present for the safety of guests and the property; there are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
