Lease terms

Leasing term is one (1) year. No smoking of any kind (including prescription, vaping, etc.) allowed inside the home. Pet fee is $20 per pet; per month and added to your lease payment. Any liability for damages and/or claims against pets (i.e. biting, attacking, etc.) will fall solely on the renter and not the responsibility of the Landlord/Home Owner. Propane gas is paid by the tenant (stove, water heater & heating unit is gas) and is responsible for checking the unit and having it filled. Water, Garbage pick up, Electric & Internet are not included in the monthly payment; Renter is responsible for all monthly utilities. Tenants are allowed to make changes to paint or change decor; plant flowers, etc. with written approval from the Landlord/Owner. Property (land) is approximately 1 acre. Renter is responsible for mowing and maintaining the property. Property is to be kept clean and pleasing to the public. Property is fenced all around with a storage shed, 2-car carport, covered front and back porches. Home has two living areas; large kitchen; laundry room, three bedrooms & 2 full baths.
