      Terms at 2172 S Villa Ave

      The lease is good for 12 months and we are looking for the buyer to move-in preferably before the end of November or start of December. The renter is responsible for water, gas, garbage, and the True-Up electricity bill which is anything that the solar does not cover. (We do not see renters paying much for this portion but we can also discuss this further). Preferably no pets allowed but we can make an exception on a case-by-case basis. Absolutely no on-property business allowed unless approval has been met. No subletting allowed and no smoking inside the house.
