LANDLORD/MORTAGAGE HISTORY: In good standing with 2 verifiable rental references and zero balance(s) owed. No eviction notices unless approved by property manager or owner. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: In good standing with at least 1 year of job history with current employer. Unless transferring for work from out of the area. In which case must have a lease 1 year of job history in current field of work. Also, one verifiable previous employer. CRIMINAL HISTORY: Some limitations may apply. Please consult when applying. IDENIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Driver's License, State ID, Passport or Social Security Card required. DEBIT: No excessive debt which may impact applicant(s) ability to pay rent. SMOKING: No smoking of any type on the premises. PETS: No Pets TO MOVE IN: $55 application fee, 1st month rent and deposit equal to one month rent. WHEN APPLYING: 1. All occupants over the age of 18 must completely fill out a rental application and pay a $55 application fee. 2. Pay a holding deposit in the amount of 25% of one month rent. 3.
