Owner pays water and garbage fees. Owner also handles lawn care, driveway snow removal, and provides salt for steps. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, cable, internet, and clearing snow from the steps/sidewalk as needed. There is no smoking of any kind inside the apartment. Outside, no problem. The lower tenant has a dog already so I'd prefer no dogs in the upper unit.
