There is a keyless entry system on both the outer entrance, the apartment's private entrance and the alleyway leading to the large backyard. The building is very well lit. The apartment is conveniently located in the city, just a short walk from restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping areas. The New Southern Market building (multiple restaurants, coffee shop, bar and entertainment venue) is one block North. The neighborhood grocery store is on the same block. The Central Market, Visitors Center, Lancaster Library are on minutes away. Many famous landmarks and attractions are a short away, and public transportation is easily accessible. We are located at in the Downtown area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, full size dishwasher and all necessary cookware and utensils. The eat-in kitchen provides a dining table that expands for four. Additional items include coffee maker, crock pot, electric mixer, mixing bowl set, additional Pyrex bakeware and storage containers plus additional cabinets to easily store your groceries. Recycling is encouraged and reusable grocery bags and recycling container is provided.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, reading chair and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens, pillows, comforter as well as a large closet for your belongings and an enormous attached bathroom with a tub/shower. The bedroom also includes a dresser with a smart screen TV. Included in the bathroom are extra linens, towels, bathmats, wash clothes, hand towels, a blow drier and handy laundry basket. The bedroom also offers a dresser and smart TV. An extra blanket can be found in each bedroom closet.
There is a second full bathroom with a walk in shower on the main floor which is very convenient for sharing with company or a picky roommate. This bathroom also includes towels, bathmats, wash clothes and hand towels.
An additional room on the main floor provides additional storage space and a full-size washer and dryer to make laundry an easy task. A drying rack, clothing steamer, iron and full sized ironing board are provided for you. Plenty of cleaning supplies can also be found in this closet. A cabinet also includes a few books, games, and other items to make you stay a little more fun and additional places to store your personal items. In addition there is an adjustable table on wheels that can be used as an extra workstation or moved about for eating while watching TV in the living room.
Up the stairs are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed and large closet. The second bedroom is set up with a large L-shaped work desk (for laptop or table top computer) as well as some office supplies. There is also a single bed for an additional occupant and a closet. All three bedrooms have window air conditioners. There is an additional window air conditioner on the main floor and a split-level A/C in the eat-in kitchen.
