Utilities will be in the renter's name, paid by renter. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath is available for a long term rental with a minimum of 1 year, available starting May 1st. All utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. The home is currently occupied, so advance notice is required to view the property. There is parking for 3 or more cars in the back of the home. You will have access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail from within the neighborhood and will be a 5 minute drive to Cleveland Park, 7 minutes to Downtown Greenville. We are not large landlords with the ability to forego rent, so we ask that you take seriously your ability to make the rent payments on time as we will need to evict immediately if you are unable to do so.
