This is fully-furnished rental. Let us know if you need a lease term other than 6 months. We are happy to consider it. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas, trash removal, and yard maintenance. Tenant pays for electricity. Pets are negotiable. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars. Street parking is not allowed. Tenant is responsible for taking trash bins to the street for pick up and returning them to their designated location. Trash bins are not to be left at the street. The owner requests that shoes are not worn inside. The red, clay soil will stain the rugs and carpet. Renter's Insurance is required. Smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, hash and vapes indoors is strictly prohibited. Owner is allergic to smoke, and there will be a $650 fine for smoking. If smoking takes place outdoors, it must be neatly contained in ashtrays.
