Included utilities are high-speed, 1 gig wifi, water, gas, trash removal, yard maintenance, and electricity up to $200 per month. Electricity overages to be paid by Tenant. Pets are negotiable. Tenant is responsible for taking trash bins to the street for pick up and returning them to their designated location. Trash bins are not to be left at the street. We kindly ask that shoes not to be worn inside. The red, clay soil will stain the carpet and rugs. Renter's Insurance is required. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
