Thoughtfully redesigned and refinished over the past 13+ years, the home features cathedral ceilings, restored architectural elements, and handcrafted details throughout. The space reflects the owner's Italian family roots, with a connection to Sicily and Taormina expressed through curated design, handmade features, and original artwork. The owner, an artist and longtime educator who has lived in Bisbee since the late 1990s and worked in local schools for over 20 years, lives nearby in a separate house on the hillside and is available if needed while maintaining guest privacy. The rental is a fully detached private house with its own yard and off-street parking. Inside, the home includes a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table crafted from a restored 1920s door, and a clawfoot tub with a custom tile mosaic, equipped with an overhead shower and curtain ring for full shower use.
