Lease terms

Renter is responsible for all utilities and electric. 2 parking spots/unit. Must have parking decal in vehicle. No smoking or drugs of any kind in units. Renters insurance required. Income 3x monthly rent. Background and credit check required. Must provide references and verify income. Owner is responsible for garbage/sewer/maintenance fees. Guests of more than 7 days to have parking decal and notify property owner if stay is longer. We welcome 2 dogs/home. There is a nonrefundable one-time fee of $200 for the first dog, and $150 for the second. Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. 50lb weight restriction. Contact the leasing office for breed restrictions and Pet Policies. We love dogs; however, you must provide proof of weight and vaccination via a vet record. No aggressive breeds. No aggressive dogs. Must pick up after your dog. $20/month per dog. We welcome 2 cats/home. There is a nonrefundable one-time fee of $150 for the first cat, and $100 for the second. Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. Cats must be spayed/neutered. Contact the leasing office for Pet Policies. We love cats; however, cats must be spayed or neutered. Must provide vaccination proof via a vet record. Max 2 cats/unit. $20/month per cat. No outdoor cats. Other pet's details must seek approval if not a dog or cat.
