NO HOLDOVERS - unless negotiated and agreed in writing with prorated higher seasonal rent. No smoking of tobacco or marijuana or vaping allowed on premises. No parties or large gatherings. One parking space in the garage. No storage allowed in garage. One small dog (two negotiable) and must be pre-approved. Maximum four people (baby can be additional). Tenant responsible for keeping pathways clear and maintaining garden pots and planters are watered as needed (has automatic sprinkler system).

There is a 55" Flat-screen TV with Cable in the living room, WiFi, gas fireplace. Two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin beds) and two bathrooms, ideal for a couple, a family with two children or two couples. Washer/dryer in attached garage (shared with renter/s living in the above-garage apartment). Fenced front brick patio with outdoor tables and bistro set surrounded by roses, other flowers and trees. French doors open off the dining area to a private courtyard with a gas Weber BBQ that is perfect for small casual dinners or relaxing after a fun day at the beach.
