Financial Commitments - Monthly Rent: $1695 due on the 1st of each month. - Security Deposit: $1695 held in a secure trust account. - Application Fee: $50 per applicant (covers background, credit, and eviction screening). - Late Fees: A late fee of 5% of the monthly rent is applied if payment is received after the 5-day grace period (the 6th of the month). 3. Utilities & Services To help you budget accurately, here is the breakdown of utility responsibilities: - Owner Pays: HOA Dues, Appliance Insurance. - Tenant Responsibility: Electricity, Water/Sewer, Natural Gas, and High-speed Internet. - Estimated Monthly Utility Cost: Average 200/month based on previous occupancy. 4.
