Designed for privacy and relaxation, this split-level condominium is perfect for exploring the South Strand, from Surfside Beach through Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet, the Seafood Capital of South Carolina. The open-concept living area welcomes you. The primary suite, located on the lower level, features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft suite boasts two full-size beds, a convenient walk-in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bath for guests located in the downstairs space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and you can savor your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool. Please note that guests do not have access to the Grand Palms Resort amenities. A car is recommended, but Uber is available in the area, though it can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for your stay.
