Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided.
