This rental includes free Wi-Fi and designated parking for up to two vehicles. The home is located on a quiet rural property, offering a peaceful setting with the convenience of nearby amenities. The square footage is approximate and provided as an estimate only. This is a non-smoking rental. Tenant is responsible for electric service. Renters insurance is strongly recommended. Because the rental is located on a rural property, tenants and guests should be aware that normal rural conditions may exist, including uneven ground, wildlife, insects, limited lighting, dirt/gravel areas, equipment/storage areas, and other outdoor conditions. Tenants and guests are expected to use caution and remain within approved rental and parking areas. No pets or additional animals are permitted without prior written approval. No trailers, boats, campers, RVs, commercial vehicles, disabled vehicles, or extra vehicles may be parked on the property without prior approval. No smoking, subleasing, short-term rental use, business activity, or unauthorized occupancy is permitted. Additional terms and any required addendums will be included in the lease agreement.
