Q: What requirements are there for me to rent here? A: You must make $4350 (pre-tax) a month or have a cosigner. Prior evictions are not accepted. We require a full credit check and background check when you submit your application. Q: Are utilities included? A: Utilities are an additional flat rate of $200 per month paid the same day as rent. This includes electric, water, trash, WiFi and in unit washer/dryer usage. Q: What is the total move in cost? A: The total move in cost is first months rent plus security deposit. Q: Is there a washer/dryer on site? Is there a full sized stove/oven? There is a full sized oven and stackable washer dryer unit. Q: Are pets allowed? A: We allow up to 1 small dog (less than 35lbs) or cat. This will require a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 as well as pet rent at $50/mo Q: Do you offer short term leases? A: No, this is offered with a minimum 12 month lease Q: Is this a part of an apartment complex? A: This is a private guest house located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. With the yard being fully fenced in, there is complete privacy from all neighbors and the main house. There are no shared spaces with the main house.
