Confirmation call to employer to verify employment 9. No section 8 allowed 10. No smoking allowed 11. Tenants are required to purchase monthly renters insurance 12. $500 holding deposit must be submitted within 48 hours of approved tenant application to hold the unit, which will be applied to first month rent/security deposit 13. Dogs are permitted. No aggressive breeds. A pet deposit of $25 will be charged per animal / per month. Only 2 animals permitted at one time. No cats Allowed. a. Unit will not be held for more than 14 days unless otherwise agreed upon. $500.00 Deposit will not be refunded if applicant doesn't take unit. When Tenant moves into unit $500.00 deposit will be applied to first months rent/security deposit. 13. Full amount of first month's rent and security deposit must be paid in full at lease signing 14.
