Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in termination without refund. The property team is available from 9 AM to 10 PM EST daily for assistance, with emergency availability outside these hours. A security deposit hold of $300-$500 may be collected. A $300 cleaning fee applies for cleanup of human biomaterial, excessive pet hair, smoking indoors, or if the unit is found in unreasonable disorder.
