No taxes or additional resort fees collected on 30 day monthly rentals. -Dog must be well trained as inside barking, scratching damage, or dog droppings unacceptable and would be cause for rental termination with repair charges paid for out of security deposit. -Parking in 1 car garage plus 1 parking permit on complex parking area is available otherwise there is also public day & overnight parking allowed on the street. Garage offers an outside hose & hook up for outside sand rinsing & pet washing. A few beach chairs and sand toys are stored for your use in the garage along w/a pet trunk that has dog towels and water bowls. The property does not have air condition but does have 3 ceiling fans and 2 standing fans.
