Garage offers an outside hose & hook up for outside sand rinsing & pet washing. A few beach chairs and sand toys are stored for your use in the garage along w/a pet trunk that has dog towels and water bowls. The property does not have air condition but does have 3 ceiling fans and 2 standing fans.
