The apartment features 3 bedrooms, including an extra sunroom, and 2 bathrooms. Please note that the lobby is currently under renovation.
The spacious living room features a large flat-screen Smart LED TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Free Wi-Fi is available, though there is no cable. A laundry room is located in the basement of the building.

Downtown Atlanta offers the ultimate in urban living, from Victorian-era buildings to brand new skyscrapers. The apartment is just two blocks from the MARTA Civic Center station. You are also within walking distance of the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Hilton Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Peachtree Center MARTA, Coca-Cola place, CNN Center/Omni Atlanta Hotel, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Georgia World Congress Center. The apartment is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will result in a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. AC and heating are available seasonally via a PTAC system, which is controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells. No one should be able to hear sounds or noise coming out of the apartment at any time.
