Landlord will do a walk-through of the house to check plumbing, vents, windows, roofing, swamp cooler, furnace, water heater, general Maintenace. This ensures the tenant has a nice place to live and most times won't take more than 15 minutes, 2 days out of the year. Tenant is advised to keep the outside yards looking reasonable, clear of trash, unreasonably large weeds, plants growing through fences to other properties, ect. If the tenant is unwilling or unable to upkeep, there will be an extra fee for monthly landscaping services.
