Maintenance Responsibilities: Every tenant is responsible for keeping the house clean in its entirety with 1 common room as a personal responsibility. We include on site maintenance, so do not perform any maintenance on anything in the house. If you see something that needs attention you will call the maintenance line. Parking: Parking is 1st come first serve on one side of the house and a shared lot is behind the house for any overflow. Only 1 vehicle per tenant. Pet Policy: We prefer no pets, but we also understand certain needs so please ask us about pets if you have one. A pet deposit will apply upon signing the lease of $450. Notice Period: We reserve our right to terminate the lease upon a failure to pay past a 5 day grace period. Tenants may terminate the lease at any time with a 60 day notice but must complete the full lease timeline to receive their deposit back in addition to other requirements stated in this list to receive the deposit back.
