Lease terms

No smoking inside the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas and electric. Tenant is responsible for mowing and maintaining the yard. Please treat the home with care and respect, as if it were your own. Routine maintenance and inspections of the heating and air conditioning systems may be conducted as needed. Lease term options are available for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. * Rent is due on the agreed-upon date each month. * Any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the tenant's responsibility. * Guests are welcome, but long-term occupants must be approved by the landlord. * No pets * The home should be kept clean and in good condition throughout the lease term. * Tenants should promptly report any maintenance issues or repairs needed. * Quiet enjoyment of the property and respect for neighbors is expected. * A security deposit may be required and will be handled according to state law. A contract will be in place as well.
