Very close walk to town, marina, waterfront, hiking trails, and Rankin Park. There is also a small, fenced garden, as well as a patio area. Nice size bedrooms with large, mirrored closets. Bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Has a separate driveway (with carport) and entrance. Driveway can fit two cars, with additional street parking available around the corner. Rent includes water. Neighborhood: located in downtown Martinez, this home is within just a few minutes walking distance to Main Street, where there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, and shops to enjoy, including a year-round farmers' market on Sundays. The house is in a residential area neighboring some local businesses, so there is some truck and office activity during the work week. The Amtrak station is just a few blocks away, so there is the occasional charming train sound. There is no AC, but the unit stays pretty cool given it's a downstairs unit with lots of shade. Location: in addition to being walking distance to downtown Martinez, you're only a few minutes' drive from the nearest Safeway, highways 4/680. Friendly neighborhood; family and pet friendly. No smoking allowed on property.
