Renting the apartment below me starting in August but can be later as current renter want a stay a few months extra if possible (Not a deal breaker). The apt has all hardwood floors, outdoor space and one off street parking spot. I own the building and live upstairs. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I'm pretty responsive to fix anything but nothing major has gone wrong in the 3 years I've been here. Theres a washer and dryer in the basement. You have your own washer and we share the dryer. I'm quiet and work for a credit union downtown. I don't want noisy neighbors. The bus stop outside the door goes directly through downtown, through Cornell and brings you the whole way to the airport which might be convenient. The same bus can bring you back the same way. The strip malls on Elmira Road are short walk, but you can catch the bus too. The commons are an eight-minute walk. Contact me and ill share a YouTube video of the place I have.
