The open kitchen/living area has a fireplace (with gas starter) and large windows providing lots of light to the house.
There are two bedrooms and an additional office space room. The primary bedroom is very large, sunny bedroom with seemingly endless closet space and a complete renovated primary bathroom. The second, little less private bedroom is off the living room. There is a third small room is near front door which is an ideal home office space. The second and bonus room share a bathroom with a shower.
The house is surrounded by a deck, wrapping almost around the whole house. The yard is very low maintenance, and the house comes with two off street parking spots. The house additionally has been set up with solar power to reduce the PG&E bills.
Please note that there is an in-law unit downstairs with a very quiet senior gentleman. The two levels are very well insulated and private from one another.
