The fully appointed gourmet kitchen with its' granite counter tops is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc... stainless appliances, including a Wolf range/oven has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up to dining room with seating for 8. French doors open up to a huge front patio, outfitted with a barbeque and gas firepit. You'll spend your evenings sitting around the firepit enjoying a glass of wine making smores or just people watching. There is also a table seating for 8, 2 lounges to soak in the California sun and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. Upstairs are three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Th primary bedroom has a king bed, a large bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has to twin beds and a pull out trundle. All beds are outfitted with European down duvets. If your needs require baby items, we have available for you a pack-and-play and high chair. There is an attached garage to accommodate one vehicle and room behind the garage for a second. The home contains everything you'll need for a day at the beach....boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, beach towels and a beach/sand wagon to transport the items. We also provide beach cruisers for your ride to Newport Beach or Sunset Beach on the bike path.. just one block from the house. Our home is a short walk to the HB Hyatt and Hilton as well as Pacific City, with its' many shops and restaurants. If you are here for a convention, why not bring the family and make it a vacation. renting our home costs less than a stay in a hotel. We accommodate short stays as well as longer stays.
