Welcome to our spacious single-story pet-friendly home in Tempe, Arizona!… Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. At 2,300 sqft, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Long-term stays are welcome! The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals, and there is a dining table for 8. The living room features a comfy couch and a flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights. In the front room, you'll find a pool table for hours of entertainment. The home has a split floor plan, with two bedrooms on either side of the house. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while two of the other bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The fourth bedroom has a large bunk-bed that sleeps 2 on the bottom and 1 up top. Step outside to find a private fully enclosed backyard with a covered patio and a private pebble tec pool. There is also a gas grill for BBQs. The backyard is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Arizona sunshine with your furry friends. There is also spot for RV parking behind a locked gate. Our home is conveniently located just minutes from Arizona State University, as well as a variety of local shops and restaurants. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just a short drive away. The home is located near freeways such as the US-60 and the Loop 101, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. You can park in the 2-car garage or in the driveway.
