About 2144 E Arizona St

Hello! We're Emily and Patty and we are currently seeking 1, female roommate as ours is sadly parting ways to continue her career. The space will be available April 1st. Below are some of the details of the house, the two current residents, and some pictures. About the house: It's an end row home at the tip of Fishtown. All rooms are fully furnished except for the bedroom that is available. First floor features the living room with TV/cable access and TV, dining room, kitchen with lots of cabinets, and powder room. It has gas heat, electric central air conditioning, dishwasher, and a large washer/dryer (on the 2nd floor). There is a full bathroom (shower and tub) on the second floor which is where the washer and dryer are located. Emily's bedroom is at the rear of the house on the second floor. The half third floor is where the last bedroom is located (available room). There is a small basement that can be used for storage. It also has a smaller-fridge/freezer that is available to use. The house also features a small "philly" backyard, which Emily tends to create a mini tropical paradise in during the spring/summer. Feel free to add your plant friends! There's a bike rack which can store 3 bikes. There are also three, outside security cameras installed for added safety. All our neighbors are amazing. We even have a group chat for picking up packages if someone isn't home. About the room: It's the top room on its own floor. Plenty of natural light hits this room with sunshine coming in the morning and afternoon. High ceilings with a fan. There is a door you can open in nicer weather that allows sunshine and fresh air in. It opens out to the roof. Large closet, exposed brick with overhead storage. Over the years it's been large enough for a desk, dresser, queen bed and night stands. Although there is central air, it can sometimes be hottest in that room(heat rises ) people over the years have gone with/without an AC window unit depending on their preference. House overview: 1 cat, Kronk (no dogs allowed) 3-floored, end-unit rowhouse with beautiful mural on the side of the building Living room with built-in bookshelves Dining room and kitchen with granite counters and gas stove/microwave Small backyard/outdoor area off of the kitchen (not too large, but big enough for chairs/plants) Hardwood floors throughout Most of the house is furnished, but there is room in the kitchen and dining area for added items and possibly a chair in the living room. Lots of wall space for hanging artwork 1 full bath on the second floor and 1 partial bath on the ground floor Front loading dryer and top loading washer in the bathroom on the second floor (I truly love that we have this) 1,500 square foot house Central heat/AC Unfinished basement that can be used for storage Some grass on the side yard with beautiful rose bushes as well as a huge tree out back and a smaller tree and small flower bed on the sidewalk. Outside security cameras Bike rack Room overview: Has a ceiling fan and is on the third floor Can fit a full (or queen) sized bed, desk, and dresser comfortably (no one has ever tried a king) Exposed brick Has 2 large windows that let in a lot of natural light Utilities are between $150-$200 a month per person (may decrease we're looking into cheaper internet) Door that leads to the roof. In nicer weather, people have liked to open it for the sunshine and fresh air! Amount to move in: security deposit, first and last month's rent, so $2,140 total. Gas, electric, water, and internet split three ways via the app Splitwise. Trash removal is covered by the landlord. Must be okay with living with a cat. Can have a cat or small caged animal or aquarium. No dogs. No sm*king of any kind
