The unit is located on a corner of the building and has a spectacular view of our city and the famous Cherokee Park from both the living room, dining room and the bedroom. The foyer entrance has original stain glass windows, crown molding, and immaculate hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, a pantry and built-in glass cabinetry. All utilities are included and there is other storage in the basement, a fitness room and laundry facilities. Currently, the building is going through a major renovation of their passenger elevator, which is being converted from a manual to an automated system. The location of this condominium is on the 9th floor. You need to be aware currently the only elevator available is the service elevator. The estimated time for completion is sometime in July/August. During this construction period may be occurrences when both elevators are unavailable and you may have to either walk up or down 9 flights. Additionally, no pets will be allowed for the unit nor any type of smoking/vaping. There is a small foyer o the kitchen.
