This studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, stove top, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy the private balcony with a small table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset over the bay. Guests have access to Pirate's Bay community amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Additional community amenities include a BBQ area with grills, tables, and chairs, a private dock and fishing pier, and private beach access along the sound. Free parking is available on-site, and there is an on-site laundry facility for guest use. Located in the heart of Pirate's Bay, this condo is a short walk from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, offering opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The surrounding area provides ample dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The neighborhood is primarily residential, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet is close to local attractions like the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and the Indian Temple Mound Museum. The nearest public beach access is 2.3 miles away. Check-out time is 10 am. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Late check-out may be approved for a fee of $25 per extended hour. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events are permitted. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber's time. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed. The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system. Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check. Unit design & style may vary: unit floor level and floor plan may also vary. Customer Support Available 24/7. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay.
