I recently purchased this 1600 square feet, 3 bed 2 bath condo with my best friend. We are both professional and kind guys. Though we are both mature guys we love to travel, experience different cultures and are adventurous. You will share the bath with me. It's a brand new construction so we are still decorating. The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished. The room is 11'x 12'4" square feet. Utilities will be shared (lights, gas and internet).
