Looking for Room mates. There is one furnished room (600$ per month) and one unfurnished room (550$ per month) available. Both will be available in August 2026 -Located at Prairie Glen Place near Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Approximately a 7 minute drive from Kansas State University and Aggieville. -Utilities included. No extra added on for utilities -1.5 bathrooms -Washer and dryer in unit -treadmill downstairs + weight sets -upstairs bathroom has a bidet -3 bedrooms -significant closet space throughout the entire house, basement as well. Specific locations for where we can store our own items can be discussed -there would be a 12 month lease. This lease can and will be renewed if all parties wish to extend it -about a 7 minute drive to the K-State campus, with an ATA bus stop about 2 minutes away by walking -applicants must have no criminal record (I have no issues with it personally, but the landlord will deny people who have any kind of record)
