Lease terms

Lease Terms Resident is responsible for all utilities associated with the property, including gas, electric, water/sewer, and any internet or cable services. A security deposit and first month's rent are due prior to move-in. Rent must be paid on time in accordance with the lease agreement. Resident is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and reasonable condition. Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear caused by the resident, occupants, or guests may be charged to the resident for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, as permitted by the lease and applicable law. No smoking is permitted inside the property. All other rules, responsibilities, and requirements will be outlined in the signed lease agreement.
