Secure and private upstairs 2 bedroom apartment with garage remote control access and interior entrance to upstairs apartment. This unit has two oversized bedrooms with a full tub/shower stool between the two bedrooms in the hallway. The floor plan is open and flows from the kitchen (large enough for a table in the kitchen) into the living room. Fiber internet is already installed in the apartment but service for it is paid by tenant. Tenant pays all other utilities as well. ACH (direct bank payment required to be set up to pull automatically) For an additional monthly fee of $100/month a dog under the weight of 30lbs is permissible. A damage fee for the dog of $500 is returnable if property is unharmed. Cat owners are welcome to the same policy, limit is for one cat. Any claims for pet service animals must be accompanied by certified letter from a Missouri board certified physician, not an internet purchased document. No vaping, cigar, cigarette or marijuana smoking inside or outside of the apartment. Snow removal and mowing are landlords responsibility
