Great location for commuters who commute to Monterey, Santa Cruz, Gilroy, Salinas, and San Jose. Also a fantastic location for telecommuters who work from home full or part time. Key is available for a small fee for the community pool and the complex has a basketball/sports court. Landscaping provided by the homeowners association. Landlord pays HOA monthly fees. The downstairs living room has a working wood-burning fireplace and the entire living area downstairs has attractive large tile flooring. Kitchen has been recently updated and has a brand new gas stove. There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower. The condo has an attached garage that has a door that locks that can be used as a 2nd entrance into the living room. There is a working washer and a dryer in the garage. There also is a fenced patio as part of the front yard and Tenant can have a small dog or a cat, but must first have written consent from Landlord, sign a waiver taking full responsibility for the pet, and pay a non-refundable pet fee of $750 per pet. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. The large bedroom is the master bedroom and it has direct access to the master bath, which has a tub and shower combo. There is plenty of storage but tenant must provide their own lights in the bedrooms and their own internet service. All three bedrooms have closets. The two smaller bedrooms have expansive scenic views with a peak of the ocean. The key to the Apple Hill complex pool area can be obtained by the tenant from the HOA with consent from Landlord. Tenant will pay a nominal fee for the key and pay for any replacement keys. No smoking in or around the condo or in other areas of the Apple Hill complex and no alcohol in the pool area or open containers outside the condo. Tenant is required to get renters' insurance and must pay for any repairs for appliances or other repairs related to their use of the condo. Mailbox key to be obtained by tenant from the US Post Office in Watsonville and must be returned to Landlord along with all other keys and remote controls for garage (if applicable) if Tenant moves. Tenant(s) may not have more than 2 vehicles as parking is an issue at the condominium complex. There is a one car garage and room for one other car in the assigned driveway for the condo. Tenant must provide license plate #s and pertinent info related to their vehicles to Landlord. Rent is $3750/month. Require $3750 security deposit (can possibly be paid in 3 installments). There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the condo while inspections are being conducted, etc.. This is a Month-to-Month rental with a 1 year lease possibility after the 6 month rental trial period has elapsed. Tenant is advised to bring a pre-filled out rental resume or a Standard Month-to-Month application showing past and present employers, along with past and present rentals. Tenant to supply employers' and landlords' (past and present) contact information. Standard rental applications can be obtained online. Landlord maintains normal business operating hours but will return voicemais and emails as soon as possible depending on Landlord availability. Rental is available 6/01/2026. Tenant may occupy the rental after all deposits are paid, contracts are signed, and all payments have cleared and the Landlord has verified all payments. Landlord contact information is provided. Please be respectful of the condominium and of the people who live in the Apple Hill complex. Parking is limited. Please do not block other Tenants' or Owners' parking places or park in anyone else's parking place. Standard Rental Applications will be provided at Open Houses if needed.
