No smoking in or around the condo or in other areas of the Apple Hill complex and no alcohol in the pool area or outside the condo.
Tenant is required to get renters' insurance and must pay for any repairs for appliances or other repairs related to their use of the condo.
Mailbox key to be obtained by tenant from the US Post Office in Watsonville and must be returned to Landlord along with all other keys and remote controls for garage (if applicable).
Tenant (s) may not have more than 2 vehicles as parking is an issue at the condominium complex. There is a one car garage and room for one other car in the assigned driveway for the condo. Tenant must provide license plate #s and pertinent info related to their vehicles to Landlord.
Rent is $4300/month. Require $4300 security deposit. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the condo while inspections are being conducted, etc...
