Terms at 2127 Honeytree Ct

Mid-term tenancy Lease terms are from one (1) month to eleven (11) months per rental period. Extensions can be allowed upon advance request. 1. Rent is $3,500.00 per month with an initial fully refundable security deposit of $3500.00 to be held in escrow for the duration of the lease of 3 to 12 months. Security deposit will be returned less damages to the property or furnishings, if any, within 14 days of lease agreement departure. 2. If tenancy is for thirty (30) to sixty (60) days a deposit of $1,700.00 will be required and returned within two weeks of departure less damages if any. 3. Tenancy is only for those listed in the lease 4. NO smoking or vaping inside the premises 5. NO illegal drug use on the premises 6. NO pets of any kind are allowed on the premises 7. Premisses must be kept clean and trash removed daily with bins left curbside on pickup days. 8. No alteration of leased property allowed 9. No installation of window AC units allowed. 10. Trash/garbage receptacles must be placed at curb on pickup days 11. Only listed guests are allowed overnight 12. No mail or package delivery authorized at the premises. 13. By signing, you agree to the provisions listed herein. Failure to abide by these provisions in the lease agreement will be cause for immediate eviction and lease termination. 14. All utilities will be included up to $600.00. Amounts over $600.00 will be charged to the renter.
