Another closet with storage at the top at the entryway of the apartment. Foldable wood table and chairs to set up for dinner parties. The main entrance is camera controlled and there is on-site staff during the day. The condo is adjacent to missions and diplomatic residences (Embassy Row), so there is good security throughout the neighborhood. Every Sunday, there is a lovely farmer's market in Dupont Circle. Plenty of transportation options. There are bus lines to Foggy Bottom (H1/L1), Farragut West (L1, L2) and Metro Center (42) just one block away. Buses to Georgetown University are a 5 minute walk. Dupont Circle and Woodley Park metros are walking distance, less than 10 minutes away. There is a dry cleaning place and market that sells grocery essentials across the street. Whole Foods, Safeway, and Trader Joe's are all roughly one mile away. There is a Washington Sports Club one block away and a Duane Reade pharmacy next door. Gas, water, and trash are included in the rent. You would be responsible for electric and wi-fi. The unit has a programmable thermostat. No pets are allowed and no smoking within the apartment.
