Lease Terms Furnished Townhouse Location: Odenton, Maryland Property Description This lease is for a beautiful furnished townhouse located in Odenton, Maryland. The rental includes the main living areas of the townhouse only. Lease Term Minimum lease term is one (1) year. Lease start and end dates shall be specified in the lease agreement. No short-term rentals permitted. Excluded Areas The basement is not included in this rental and is excluded from tenant use. Furnishings The property is leased fully furnished. Tenant agrees to maintain all furniture and furnishings in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. No removal of furniture without prior written consent from the landlord. Utilities The tenant is responsible for payment of the following utilities: Electricity Water Internet Maintenance & Care Tenant shall keep the premises clean and in good condition. Tenant is responsible for any damages caused beyond normal wear and tear. Use of Property Property shall be used for residential purposes only. No illegal activities permitted on the premises. Subleasing Subleasing or assignment is not permitted without prior written approval from the landlord.
