About the building
A wonderful deal for the quality of house and neighborhood and the price of the rooms. Renting one room with two-room attachment!… One with queen bed and dresser, the other a furnished office. Jack and Jill bathroom between. Two people only share a large house.
Home is located on a lovely and peaceful cul-de-sac in a lush, tree-lined neighborhood near water pathway, parks for walking or jogging. Not far from freeways #5 and #99 in Natomas, Ca, in N Sacramento. Near airport and 20 minute to downtown Sac.
The home is completely furnished and ready to rent. Previous tenants were there almost 5 years and moved out of town. Prefer long-term tenants as we live out of state, and only rent to two good renters. Great for married couple or two singles.
Many services provided by landlords: gardening/landscaping, pest control, professional cleaning, HVAC and water piping service. Landlords are quick to resolve any problems, such as appliance breakdown, or leaks. However, mostly new appliances, and no inside bugs reported for almost 5 years.
Pretty home, well-cared for, clean, in quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms come with own bathroom. Looking for trustworthy, kind and respectful tenants.
