This rental is a one-bedroom one bathroom unit. As soon as you walk in you have a large kitchen area with enough space for a large dining room table. The living room is found off of the living room tucked away for comfort. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a lot of cabinet space above and below.
Allocated in the additional $60 would include trash, lawn care, snow removal, and water/sewer. All other utilities are separately metered and are the tenant's responsibility. Pets may be considered for an additional $50 per month and pet deposit. Size, quantity, and breed restrictions apply.
