Nicely furnished, spacious and light filled 250 square foot master bedroom with en suite bath available. Shared common areas.… Rent includes all utilities, internet and trash service. Would like to find a mature individual to share my home with. This a very nice part of the area with beach access, a vegetable garden for residents and a community lot to park your toys. Nicely equipped kitchen. Linens and towels, washer and dryer and on site parking. While I am an animal lover, I am unable to accommodate pets or smokers as I am asthmatic. I would prefer longer term but am OK with a four month minimum. This is a lovely spot with ample natural light throughout the house. The rear patio is an enjoyable way to end the day with a glass of wine.
