The main floor bedroom for rent is spacious (10 x 14 ft.) and has a Queen bed with high-end bedding, almirah, bedside table, lamp, study table, and chair with a high ceiling window. The bathroom with a granite countertop right next to the bedroom is newly constructed with modern fixtures. A huge shared kitchen (with a separate fridge for the tenant in the garage), shared dining, and living room are accessible. The house has air conditioning and a secure mailbox outside of the house. The price includes all utilities, high-speed internet, laundry (once a week), and an opportunity to live in a very safe, highly desirable area. The first and last month's rent of $1,000 and a cleaning fee of $200 are due at the signing of the lease. The lease can be terminated by either side with 30 days' notice. Proof of income and rental references are required. All applicants are subjected to a background check.
