Our small thirteen unit property, located three blocks away from Vanderbilt Medical Center and 1/2 a block from Hillsboro Village, is perfect for students, working professionals, and Vanderbilt and Belmont employees who want a nice, quiet space to relax and unwind after a long day but still want to be close to campus and all the action.
You'll be just steps away from some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, and shops. And with easy access to public transportation, you can explore the city without ever having to worry about parking.
For residents who are affiliated with Vanderbilt, our property is just a short walk from the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, a 289,000-square-foot facility that has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. With a washer and dryer included, you'll never have to worry about toting laundry back and forth to a laundry mat.
An 11-foot wall of closets in the bedroom, a spacious linen closet, and an extra storage closet in the hallway, provide plenty of room for all your belongings.
Our upstairs units have premium carpeting that is built to last and helps to reduce noise for apartments below. Downstairs units have either laminate or hardwood flooring.
