Lease terms

One-year lease. Rent is $1,295 per month plus electricity. Security Deposit is $1,295. We love our furry friends! We are pet friendly and accept well-mannered cats and small dogs. Larger dogs considered subject to landlord approval. All dogs must be licensed with the city and all pets must show veterinarian's verification of good health and vaccines are up-to-date. There is an additional refundable Pet Deposit of $200.00 per pet. We charge $30.00 per month Pet Rent, per pet, two (2) pets maximum. We require Renter's Insurance at time of occupancy. Screening Criteria: Total verifiable household gross income should be at or above approx. 2.5x the monthly rent. Any misdemeanor convictions within 5 years may be cause for denial. Any felony convictions, and any criminal convictions that may constitute a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals will be cause for denial. Applicant(s) must have a minimum of one-year verifiable rental history with no evictions in the past 5 years.
