The 2nd bedroom, with a bay window, is approx 13'x14'; where as, the primary bedroom, with attached bathroom, is approx 14.5'x11.5'- both bedrooms have room for a king sized bed. A private deck off of primary bedroom overlooks the shared backyard and provides a 2nd entry to the unit (there is another private entrance in front as well). Unit has a private entrance and back porch. There is so much light in this unit. Brick building and new windows make this a very quiet place to live. Fully fenced yard. Included amenities: dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, in-unit central air conditioning, 2 included off-street parking spaces, and water/sewer/trash (tenant to pay other utilities). Dogs and Cats allowed, NO additional pet rent (some breeds might require additional deposit or need approval before being added to the household). Locked storage available in the basement. No weird additional fees. Central air conditioning and heat Great water pressure and brand new extra large hot water tank installed summer 2025. New carpet installed 2026. Lease has flexible start dates if needed To respect the current tenant's privacy unfurnished photos are being shown. Only accepting Zillow applications.
