Located across the street from Brewers Hill, the unit is 2 blocks from Kilbourn Park and Community Garden and 2 blocks from the Riverwalk/Beerline trails. Walk to the North End to buy groceries and dine out. Brady Street is just a few blocks away.
Both bedrooms are HUGE and have lots of storage. The 2nd bedroom, with a bay window, is approx 13'x14'; where as, the primary bedroom, with attached bathroom, is approx 14.5'x11.5'- both bedrooms have room for a king sized bed. A private deck off of primary bedroom overlooks the shared backyard and provides a 2nd entry to the unit (there is another private entrance in front as well).
Unit has a private entrance and back porch.
There is so much light in this unit. Brick building and new windows make this a very quiet place to live. Fully fenced yard.
Included amenities: dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, in-unit central air conditioning, 2 included off-street parking spaces, and water/sewer/trash (tenant to pay other utilities).
