There is a rock assigned for smoking. Parking is on the street. Each tenant has chores that they must maintain as part of the house outside of their personal space which must be kept clean and orderly. Messes bring mouses and bugs and we have never had any. This is a four-bedroom single family home that we are renting several of the spaces separately or as a group. Ex. We have a one-bedroom apartment on the lower level of the house that can be rented.
